By submitting a Creator Spotlight application, you confirm that:

  (a) All information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge

  (b) You are the creator of, or have the legal right to share, all work samples submitted

  (c) Your submitted materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

  (d) You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee a feature

 

2.2 Editorial discretion

Hollywood AI Creators reserves the right to accept, decline, edit, or remove any Creator Spotlight feature at its sole discretion and at any time, without notice or obligation to the applicant.

 

2.3 Permission to publish

Where you have granted permission in your application, you authorize Hollywood AI Creators to reproduce your submitted name, biography, images, links, and quotes across the Site, newsletter, and social media channels for editorial purposes. This license is non-exclusive, meaning you retain full ownership of your content and may publish it elsewhere.

 

2.4 Removal requests

If you are featured and later wish to be removed, contact us at Info@HollywoodAiCreators.com. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though cached or archived versions of content may persist beyond our control.

 

2.5 AI-generated content

You acknowledge that ownership and copyright of AI-generated content remains legally unsettled in many jurisdictions. By submitting AI-generated work, you represent that you are not knowingly infringing on any third-party rights and that you accept sole responsibility for any claims arising from your submitted content.

 

3. NEWSLETTER

 

By subscribing to the Hollywood AI Creators newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about AI creator news, spotlights, and events. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Subscriber information may be collected, used, and shared as described in our Privacy Policy, including with affiliates and strategic partners within The Hollywood AI Creators Group. 4. EVENTS LISTINGS
